V-Ignite is hiring a Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with fluent Sinhala and English communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Educational Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English (written & spoken).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, customer support software).
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is an added advantage
- Experience using CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus.
