V-Ignite is hiring a Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with fluent Sinhala and English communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English (written & spoken).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, customer support software).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is an added advantage
  • Experience using CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus.
