Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compelling store layouts and product displays that reflect Be Dapper’s brand identity and appeal to our target customers.
• Ensure merchandising standards are maintained to enhance product visibility and the overall shopping experience.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute seasonal themes and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure optimal stock presentation.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail innovations to enhance visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail styling, or store display design (preferably in menswear fashion).
• Strong understanding of men’s fashion trends, color coordination, and store layout optimization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
