Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media (IG ,Meta) WhatsApp, and website chat.
• Drive online sales by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
• Process online orders and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain strong engagement with customers to build brand loyalty.
• Assist in promoting new arrivals, offers, and campaigns on digital platforms.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications:
