Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Uber PickMe orders efficiently for timely delivery .
• Handle online orders, customer inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure inventory is updated regularly to reflect real-time availability for online sales.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns related to deliveries, products, or services.
• Work closely with the sales team to track and process orders while meeting sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery operations.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

✔ GCE A/L pass ✔ Under 35 years of age ✔ Good English/Tamil/Sinhala communication skills (spoken & written) ✔ Experience in online sales coordination or e-commerce operations is an advantage ✔ Familiarity with delivery coordination systems like Uber, PickMe, or other platforms ✔ Proficient in managing multiple orders and customer queries simultaneously ✔ Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evening shifts
