We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager – Stores

We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager for our Stores Department to help manage daily operations, inventory, and ensure efficient store management. If you have experience in store management, inventory control, and are looking for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring stock levels are accurate and orders are placed on time.
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance, productivity, and customer service.
• Monitor and enforce store policies, including health and safety standards.
• Manage store displays and product placement to enhance visual appeal and maximize sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for store improvement and growth.
• Track and report sales performance, stock levels, and other operational data.

Qualifications:

✔ Degree or Dimploma in Stores & Logistic Management, or related field (preferred) ✔ At least 2 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or related field ✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control ✔ Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring high standards of customer service ✔ Excellent communication skills (English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred) ✔ Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team ✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and store management software ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
