Sales Coordinator – Giggles Showroom
Giggles Showroom, the ultimate destination for thoughtfully designed, high-quality kids' products, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team! This role will involve managing both showroom sales and online sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels. If you're passionate about children's products and have excellent organizational and communication skills, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales operations in the showroom and online sales platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries both in-store and online, providing detailed information about our range of kids' products.
- Manage and track online orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain and update product listings, promotions, and descriptions on the online platform.
- Ensure the showroom and online platform are well-organized, visually appealing, and consistently stocked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase both in-store and online customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions, including billing and payments for both showroom and online sales.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring both showroom and online stock levels are accurately tracked and updated.
- Handle social media platforms to promote new arrivals, sales, and special offers.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in stocktaking and reporting sales performance for both showroom and online channels.
Qualifications:
✔ GCE O/L or A/L pass (preferred) ✔ At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, showroom coordination, or online sales management ✔ Strong communication skills (English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred) ✔ Experience with online sales platforms (e.g. WooCommerce, or similar) ✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic sales software ✔ Passion for kids' products and an eye for detail ✔ Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (9 AM – 8 PM) ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Team player with a customer-first approach ✔ Familiarity with social media management and marketing for online promotions is a plus
