Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Giggles brand across all channels.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms including websites, social media, and online ads.
• Use Canva and other design tools to design visually appealing ads, banners, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and develop campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for online campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve results.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
• Handle customer engagement through various channels, including responding to comments and direct messages on social media.
• Develop and run targeted online ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior management regarding the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

✔Degree (preferred) in Business Development ,Marketing, Communications, or related field ✔ At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or content creation ✔ Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools for content creation ✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok etc.) ✔ Experience running paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred) ✔ Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ✔ Proven ability to analyze and report on marketing campaign performance ✔ Strong marketing and sales acumen to identify business growth opportunities
