Key Responsibilities:

• Support in product listing, pricing updates, and inventory tracking.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and online order coordination.
• Work with the team to improve user experience, content creation.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize e-commerce strategies.
• Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field ✔ Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business ✔ Basic knowledge of WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus ✔ Proficiency in Canva or basic design tools for content creation is an advantage ✔ Good understanding of social media trends, online ads, and customer engagement ✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
