Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (website, social media shops, and marketplaces)
• Support product listing, pricing updates, and inventory tracking to drive online sales
• Help execute digital marketing campaigns and identify trends
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and coordinating online orders
• Collaborate with the team to improve user experience, content creation, and e-commerce strategies
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior
• Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field ✔ Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business ✔ Basic knowledge of WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is a plus ✔ Proficiency in Canva or basic design tools for content creation is an advantage ✔ Good understanding of social media trends, online ads, and customer engagement ✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
