Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for fashion, sales strategies, and customer engagement? Be Desi Fashion Showroom is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Train and lead the sales team on effective up-selling & cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring and improving UPT (Units Per Transaction) & APT (Average Price per Transaction) metrics.
- Ensure top-tier customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage visual merchandising to align with the brand’s aesthetics and enhance product appeal.
- Handle stock control, inventory management, and replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions & campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, track customer trends, and implement strategies to boost showroom profitability.
- Ensure smooth billing, POS system management, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain store discipline, staff training, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
✔ Diploma/Degree in Retail, Fashion, Business, or a related field ✔ 2-3 years of experience in a showroom/retail management role ✔ Strong knowledge of up-selling, cross-selling, UPT & APT strategies ✔ Passion for fashion and styling, with excellent customer engagement skills ✔ Ability to motivate and lead a sales team toward achieving targets ✔ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Proficiency in sales tracking, reporting, and inventory systems ✔ Ability to work weekdays & weekends from 9 AM to 8 PM and be flexible with overtime during peak seasons
