This company continues to expand its presence, we are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in designated regions. This role offers the unique opportunity to significantly impact our B2B sales strategy, ensuring our premium dessert products consistently reach our partners, from supermarkets to store retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with business partners, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating potential challenges.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, driving performance and fostering professional development.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to guide informed business strategies.
  • Achieve company-aligned sales objectives and quotas within the assigned area, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product departments, providing insights to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the FMCG Food Beverage sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
  • Experienced in General Trade (GT) or Modern Trade (MT)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the assigned area.
