• Maintain records of reservations and ensure all details are updated in the system.
• Assist customers with special requests and provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English & Sinhala.
