Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage & Grow: Oversee our POS aggregator business with a portfolio of 40,000+ merchants and drive expansion in both POS and IPG (Internet Payment Gateway) sales.
✅ Lead a High-Impact Team: Manage and optimize a 40-member island-wide sales force, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
✅ Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard new merchants, increase transaction volumes, and improve merchant retention.
✅ Be Data-Driven: Utilize analytics and performance insights to enhance sales effectiveness, identify opportunities, and optimize merchant engagement.
✅ Innovate & Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven track record in sales leadership within fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
✔ Experience managing large sales teams and nationwide operations.
✔ Strong understanding of POS, IPG, and payment solutions.
✔ Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to scale and drive market penetration while maintaining high service quality.
