Responsibilities
- Driving the growth and success of our company by developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Lead the development of the company's corporate strategy, working closely with other managers to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to top managements on key business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to CEO and top management, providing insights and updates on the company's strategic performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
- Excellent skill for conducting financial modelling and creating business cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
