This is the perfect role for someone who is experienced in social media marketing and looking to apply their skills for a North American client.

Role & Responsibilities

• Designing social campaigns that coordinate with other marketing campaigns
• Coming up with creative and engaging ideas for posts, across all formats, including text, static images, image carousels, polls, videos and more.
• Writing engaging copy to accompany social media posts
• Responding professionally to comments
• Engaging with relevant posts and audiences
• Providing recommendations on how to improve social campaigns
• Incorporating feedback and improvements into the social campaigns
• Reporting weekly on performance, answering questions over email, and participating in one to two weekly meetings with the international team

This is a part time (5 to 10 hours per week), fully remote role. There are no set working hours, but meetings would usually be between 6 and 10 pm IST to coordinate across timezones.

Qualifications / Requirements:

You are a good fit for this role if you:

• Have previous experience in social media marketing, especially in B2B or on LinkedIn
• Have a track record of good results, leading initiatives and/or working independently
• Are proactive, results-oriented and motivated to continually improve
• As this role will be mostly self-directed, organizational and time management skills will be essential to success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Copywriting skills (in English) are an asset
• Design skills are an asset
• Video editing skills are an asset
• Experience with marketing on LinkedIn is an asset
