Job Profile

· Provide 1st level support for ATM/CRM issues.

· Deploying, Managing and installing OS, Endpoint security & application patches on regular basis.

· Coordinate the vendors during error fixing and upgrades on hardware and software.

· Deep troubleshooting of touchpoint issues by annualizing logs and journals.

· Support IT Reach and Development team and vendor on new developments.

· ATM/CRM management in the system such as creating, and modifying.

· Deploy security controls and configuration to ensure the security of ATM/CRM machines.

· Identify SLA breached logs and follow up with escalated parties and provide necessary solutions.

· Ensure to comply with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and PCI-DSS Compliance.

· Providing reports and statistics to the management periodically.

Applicant’s Profile

· BSc. Degree in IT or Higher diploma from a recognized university / Institute.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support services such as experience in hardware and software with ATM and CRM.

· Strong experience with Microsoft based operating systems - Windows 10/11.

· A strong team player with dedication and the ability to learn fast.

· Knowledge on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and PCI/DSS certifications is an added advantage.

· Willing to work after office hours including weekends & holidays when required.
