Job Role:
- Perform in-house computer equipment repairs, including troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
- Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting IT-related issues.
- Support the deployment and configuration of IT equipment for new users.
- Visit customer locations for onsite technical assistance and system maintenance.
- Document and report technical issues, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- Participate in IT-related projects and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or HND in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L examinations.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft products (Servers, Windows, O365).
- Willingness to work extended hours based on operational needs.
- Ability to travel island-wide for branch visits as required.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in a native or regional language being essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive team player with a keen willingness to learn and adapt.
