Role Summary:The Business Development Intern will assist in executing strategies to foster and maintain valuable partnerships, working closely with the Partnership Officer and collaborating with various departments to align partnership activities with business objectives. This role offers a hands-on experience in partnership management, business analysis, and strategic research, providing exposure to industry trends and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Partnership Strategy: Assist in initiatives to increase brand awareness and expand partner product reach.

• Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance to align partnership activities with business goals.• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track KPIs and create reports on partnership performance.

• Research Potential Partners: Identify and research potential partners to grow the organization’s portfolio.

• Monitor Industry Trends: Track industry and competitor activities for new partnership opportunities or threats.

• Manage Partner Relations: Serve as a contact for partners, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.

• Conduct Business Analysis: Research and analyze business opportunities and strategic options.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using spreadsheets or other tools to analyze data and generate reports.

• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially in financial tracking and report preparation.

• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively across teams to support partnership objectives.
