Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer experienced in MS Power Platform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and AI Builder. This role requires hands-on experience in developing and delivering client projects using these tools, along with the ability to deploy and manage Power Platform environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Power Platform Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions using Model Driven, Canvas and Power Pages. Leverage Power Automate to automate workflows, integrate systems, and enhance overall process efficiency.
• Power BI Integration: Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards within Power Apps applications to provide data-driven insights and enhance user experiences.
• Power Platform Environment Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Power Platform environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with infrastructure teams as needed.
• Client Project Execution: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions. Provide technical expertise and guide clients through the development lifecycle.
• Solution Architecture: Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, making informed recommendations based on your expertise with Power Platform technologies.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Power Platform solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements. Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of developed solutions, including design decisions, implementation details, and troubleshooting steps.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features and updates related to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and AI Builder. Continuously improve your skills and share best practices with the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and AI Builder.
• Proven experience in delivering successful client projects using Power Platform technologies.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modeling, and application integration.
• Experience deploying and managing Power Platform environments in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services related to Power Platform is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and client-facing roles.
• Microsoft Certified as a PL-400 - Power Platform Developer Associate is a plus.
