We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Credit Financial Services team. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our credit systems and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our Indonesian customers. This role requires a proficient Mandarin speaker who can effectively manage product lifecycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Communicate the product’s value proposition effectively to stakeholders.

Product Development & Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development.
• Define clear functional and technical requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with the design team to develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.

Backlog Management & Prioritization

• Build and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Work alongside development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in product management within a tech company, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong background in product delivery or technical leadership, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
