Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fast-growing consumer group. Our client currently provides users with digital banking, consumer credit, digital investment and insurance brokerage services, fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
We are seeking a dynamic PMO Lead for our Copywriting Department to drive creative, localized content and oversee copywriting projects across marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with expertise in consumer behavior, localization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Copy Development: Craft compelling copy for various marketing channels, including campaigns, ads, website/app content, and product communications.
End-to-End Localization: Manage localization projects, coordinating translation resources to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in marketing, design, product, legal, compliance, and development to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Quality Assurance: Conduct linguistic reviews and quality checks to align with brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and audience preferences.
Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to adapt writing tone and content style for diverse markets, ensuring relevance to target demographics.
Guidelines & Standards: Develop and maintain style guides, glossaries, and localization standards to ensure consistency.
Team Strategy & Development: Enhance team productivity and expertise through training initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Leadership & Experience: Proven experience in a senior copywriting, product marketing, business, operations, or similar role within tech, finance, e-commerce, or a startup environment, with team management experience preferred.
Consumer Insight: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer journeys.
Writing & Editing Excellence: Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and ensuring quality across various digital and print channels.
Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization, communication, and time management skills.
Self-Starter & Team Player: Collaborative communicator with cross-functional teams and external partners.
