We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive business growth, and ensure our premium products successfully penetrate the market. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in defining sales objectives, developing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team’s performance in Indonesia and across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Whole Sales Coverage:
- Build the business within Modern Trade, General Trade, and Key Accounts channels.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
Identify growth opportunities within the FMCG sector, specifically focusing on jelly, pudding, and yogurt product categories.
Expand market presence by securing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and retailers.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure the team meets sales quotas and professional development goals.
4. Market Analysis & Insights:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform business decisions.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to guide strategy and product development.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Provide feedback on product offerings and market needs to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
6. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure customer needs are met while identifying opportunities to enhance service and product offerings.
Job Requirements:
Language: Fluent in Chinese is a must.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Product Expertise: Experience in food beverages product.
Sales Channels: Proven experience in General Trade (GT) and/or Modern Trade (MT).
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in sales forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to market changes.
