Call Center Agent (Trainee)

As an Entry-Level Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and concerns. You’ll learn and apply company service policies, procedures, and guidelines to deliver top-tier customer support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic customer inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and apply company service policies, including technical support, billing, and customer account management.
- Follow service scripts, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering:
- Communication and soft skills development
- Call center processes and best practices
- Product and service knowledge
- Implement feedback from supervisors and quality audits to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed service targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Full training is provided, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- A friendly attitude with a strong desire to provide excellent service.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
