Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in employee elations to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, and supporting our diverse workforce to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Manage employee relations activities, including negotiations with unions, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and business outcomes.
Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across regions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on employee relations.
Experienced handling thousands of employees.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and managing union relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
