We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a flair for creative and analytical marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on increasing awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Utilize data analytics to identify the best content promotion trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer reach and drive sales.
Craft and manage compelling content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Project and analyze marketing campaign growth and ROI, in collaboration with the product and business development teams.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by determining effective content promotion trends, creating content angles, briefing, and reviewing performance.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
Fluency in English is essential.
Beauty experiences is a must.
Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and Affiliate marketing.
Previous experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a plus.
Strong passion for the beauty industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in beauty or consumer goods.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Exceptional analytical and creative skills.
Data-driven mindset with a keen understanding of metrics.
Excellent communication abilities.
Must be able to work full-time in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
Immediate availability and readiness to comply with full-time office hours (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM).
