Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Event Planning
Develop and oversee the company’s regional event strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, including beauty exhibitions and consumer activations.
Establish standardized SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across all regional events.
- Budget Management & ROI Optimization
Strategically manage event budgets to maximize ROI.
Identify revenue-generating opportunities through event activations and sponsorships.
- Holistic 360° Marketing Integration
Integrate events seamlessly into the broader marketing strategy, amplifying brand visibility and sales growth.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and experiences.
- Sales Operations Alignment
Partner with sales and operations teams to utilize events as platforms for customer engagement and achieving sales targets.
Drive event strategies that align with business objectives and customer acquisition goals.
- Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor event teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
Provide training and resources to equip the team with the skills required for success.
- Performance & Process Optimization
Track and analyze event performance using data-driven insights to inform strategy improvements.
Implement best practices and optimize event processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of event management experience, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, ideally within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
Proven success in managing BTL activations on a national or international scale.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Expertise in event planning, budget management, and ROI optimization.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Work Requirements:
