As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top-tier talent for our Marketing and Product Development departments. Your expertise in the beauty and FMCG industry will be instrumental in ensuring that we attract the best professionals who can drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the beauty and FMCG industry, with a specific focus on Marketing and Product Development roles.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Collaborate closely with the HR department and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.

  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract and retain top-tier candidates in a competitive market.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit within the organization.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in hiring sales/marketing roles is a must.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the beauty and/or FMCG industry, with a focus on Marketing and Product Development roles.

  • Proven track record in successfully recruiting for Marketing and Product Development roles within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Great communication in English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.

  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a strong commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
