Our client's headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who's established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and strengthen long-term, high-level customer relationships in a dynamic environment, responding to external pressures while securing customer support.
- Develop and execute a customer relationship strategy to gain insights into customer needs and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Build customer satisfaction and trust, with a focus on effective personnel management and an objective-driven, closed-loop approach to relationship management
- Expected to have the customer understanding, which can focus on gaining insights into the macro environment, identifying key trends, and responding to market changes.
- Understand customers' pain points across business operations, networks, and services, while influencing customer needs and requirements.
- Develop and plan strategic business cooperation projects to drive customer success and achieve mutual business goals.
- Focus on proactive planning and execution, supporting customers' target networks and budgets. Lead project operations to drive market breakthroughs and achieve strategic objectives.
- Involve in the transaction and operation management, understanding customers' transaction behaviors and terms, fostering digital connectivity with customers, improving transaction loyalty, and refining business scenario definitions and transaction models.
- Oversee the entire project transaction process, leading negotiations, designing transaction models, and managing project activities, including dispute resolution and risk management in complex situations.
- Ensure the successful achievement of business unit operating objectives.
Requirements:
- Education background : Minimum Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors
- Working experience: At least 5 years product/solution Sales hands-on experience in ICT industry, especially carrier business field.
- Worked at least 5 years in telecommunication company, handling similar telecommunication products such as Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Ericsson, or any top ICT infrastructure companies.
- Has experience working as Account Manager, Industry responsible sales AM or presales Product Manager.
- Language Requirement: English is a must
- Professional Knowledge: Familiar with 2G/3G/LTE; TCP/IP protocol; Network organization and topology.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations
- Understand the local industry ecosystem and have certain influence in the industry.
- Project operation capability: Be able to promote lead generation in projects, effectively convert leads into opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
- Transaction management capability: Be able to develop effective commercial strategies, manage prices, and achieve project profit targets.
