This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Business Development Manager to drive the growth and success of our cloud ecosystem in Indonesia. This role focuses on expanding our consulting, sales, service, and solution partnerships, ensuring mutual success through technical collaboration and business development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a sustainable and innovative cloud ecosystem, delivering value for our partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and expand cloud consulting, sales, service, and solution partnerships.
  • Achieve market expansion, sales growth, brand recognition, and cooperative goals, fostering a thriving cloud ecosystem based on shared success.
  • Develop strategic plans and business models for cloud partners in Indonesia.
  • Analyze market trends, partner capabilities, and company portfolios to build and continuously optimize the partner ecosystem.
  • Implement talent development strategies for the cloud ecosystem.
  • Build and manage training and enablement programs (online and offline), and support the development of professional certification systems for partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partners, including onboarding, operations, and performance evaluations.
  • Understand and apply partner policies and processes effectively for cloud service in Indonesia.
  • Map out industry and regional ecosystems to identify key partners.
  • Foster collaboration with mainstream industry partners to drive mutual growth and innovation.
  • Develop industry-specific solution partners and horizontal SaaS partners.
  • Support partners in solution development, launching offerings in the cloud market, and driving successful business outcomes.
  • Lead the cloud service digital operations to enhance ecosystem sales and customer engagement.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention through efficient sales and operations strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related ICT field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the ICT industry, with preference for cloud-related roles.
  • Solid understanding of cloud products, IT solutions, and channel management.
  • Knowledge of cloud ecosystems and related market dynamics.
  • Strong network of potential partners within the cloud and ICT industries.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strategic analysis and professional social skills for effective partner engagement.
