We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Academy (Training) DIrector to lead and oversee all aspects of our training initiatives. This role involves designing and managing both internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills, align with organizational goals, and drive overall business performance. The Training Manager will be responsible for end-to-end training project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertakes the strategy and objectives of internal and external talent cultivation of the rep office, develops the internal and external training business plan, develops the budget, resource requirements, and delivery plan, and takes responsibility for digital talent cultivation results.
Act as the internal and external talent development owner, streamline the training and certification department, business affairs department, human resource department, and related business departments, monitor the progress, solve problems, and take responsibility for the training quality and customer satisfaction.
Through ICT talent training and certification and ICT competitions, help governments, customers, partners, and ecosystems transform and achieve business success, form local talent circles, and facilitate ecosystem construction.
Collaborate with the Business Affairs Dept and the Human Resource Dept to carry out important activities such as digital talent development and CSR activities to enhance the local brand and influence and improve the business environment.
Potentially engage with government stakeholders and business team, aligning with the vision of the department related to training services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of proven experience in a training or learning and development role, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial capacity (even in C Level).
Experienced in proposing budget, proposals, and up to executing the programs.
This role will not executing the module, since this covered already by Learning & Service department.
Bridging the top management to mapping the training strategy to reach the management vision and goals through the training within cross department in company.
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through robust data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Professional demeanor with a strong ability to represent the organization effectively.
