We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations Manager to manage relationships with key external stakeholders, drive strategic communication initiatives, and navigate complex regulatory environments to support the company’s goals in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry leaders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and third-party platforms.

• Develop and maintain stable communication mechanisms with key stakeholders to support the company’s strategic objectives. Ensure consistent messaging and effective collaboration with regional partners.

• Execute the regional government affairs strategy, coordinating with third-party organizations and platforms to achieve business goals and policy compliance.

• Analyze and monitor the regional business and regulatory landscape, providing timely insights and regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.

• Organize and support company visits, external presentations, and ecosystem activities in line with local regulatory norms and cultural expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Political Science, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.

• 8-10 years of experience working in government agencies, quasi-government organizations, or corporate government affairs roles.

• In-depth understanding of the policy-making and regulatory processes in Indonesia, particularly in political, economic, and technology sectors.

• Strong awareness of key decision-makers, influencers, and industry strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Proven ability to build, manage, and leverage relationships across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

• Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage complex political and regulatory challenges.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver effective communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Strong team player with a collaborative approach, supporting colleagues and contributing to the collective success of the organization.
