Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in Digital Power solutions, with a strong Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) background. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the Oil & Gas, Agro-Industry, and Power Generation sectors by identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market segments, promote tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth across targeted regions and industries.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, including CEOs and CTOs, in EPC-related industries.
Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement effective sales strategies for vertical and horizontal industry markets.
Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing high-value deals.
Business Plan Execution: Implement established business plans to achieve corporate objectives and align with overall company strategy.
Solution Selling: Present and promote Huawei Data Center product solutions to partners and customers.
Customer Insights & Solutions Development: Independently gather customer insights, create tailored solutions, and manage the bidding and quotation process.
Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and provide knowledge-sharing opportunities to solution sales team members to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
Experienced in Data Center is preferred
Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record in the EPC sector.
EPC Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within the EPC industry, including high-level engagement with CEOs/CTOs.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Skilled in negotiation and presentation.
Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment while also working independently to meet project timelines and objectives.
Technical Aptitude: Strong learning ability with a passion for acquiring new technological knowledge and adapting to innovative product offerings.
Networking and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities to foster trust with customers and partners.
Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Attributes:
