Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat.
Provide support for billing, technical issues, service activations, and cancellations.
Ensure high-quality service delivery by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), including AHT, FCR, CSAT, SLA, and NPS.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
Follow call scripts, escalation protocols, and compliance guidelines.
Assist in training and mentoring junior agents when required.
Requirements
2+ years of call center experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of call center operations, metrics, and best practices.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Ability to handle escalations and provide first-call resolution (FCR).
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
