We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive the development and management of key banking clients in Southeast Asia. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Development:

  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with major banking clients in Southeast Asia.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of regional banks.

2. Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Analyze client pain points and requirements to deliver professional, customized financial and technological solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate client needs and recommend cutting-edge offerings.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Foster long-term, strategic partnerships with clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of solutions with client goals.

4. Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, R&D, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks, and share insights with the leadership team.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to support decision-making.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, client management, or sales within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Strong networks within local and global banks as main customers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport with C-level executives.
  • Analytical mindset to identify client needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, digital transformation trends, and financial technology solutions is advantageous.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within Southeast Asian financial markets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region (Southeast Asia) to meet clients and oversee projects.
