Your Role and Responsibilities:
Advises State-owned Enterprises, multinational companies, and Indonesian companies on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and project feasibility assessments.
Managing and delivering large projects, including developing project strategies, assessing engagement risks, reviewing/challenging output produced by the project team, and driving conclusions.
Actively participating in business development activities to identify opportunities from new/existing clients.
Training, coaching, and supervising team members.
Job Requirements:
6+ years of experience in a major financial advisory firm, corporate/investment bank, private equity firm, or business development/strategy/corporate finance of a large corporate
Bachelor/Master degree in finance and accounting or MBA from an overseas university.
Overseas education or working background is a must.
CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications will be an advantage.
Knowledge of finance and accounting.
Experience in Restructuring & Advisory transaction (buy side/sell side).
Financial modelling, and project management skillsets.
