Our Team’s Focus:

Act as lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Work with a team of seasoned problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, assisting our clients in solving their complex business issues. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients proactively, reporting to Partner.

  • Involvement in the financial management of clients.

  • Active participation in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

  • Contributing to the development of your own and your team's technical acumen.

  • Developing strategies to address complex technical challenges.

  • Assisting in managing and delivering large projects.

  • Training, coaching, and supervising staff.

  • Keeping up-to-date with local and national business and economic issues.

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial and management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or in-house M&A activities.

  • Previous experience with a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent is preferred.

  • Strong financial modeling, report writing, analytical, and data-processing skills.
