We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Operations Manager to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent writing skills, and the ability to develop and execute compelling content strategies across various platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand image, increasing product awareness, and driving customer engagement through innovative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging.

  • Content Creation: Ideate, create, and publish engaging content that highlights the advantages of our products and technology. Collaborate with the planning team to align content with marketing activities and brand strategies.

  • Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies through social media channels to enhance brand image, increase brand preference, and boost product awareness.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze social media performance data and make data-driven adjustments to content strategies, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and adjust content strategies to adapt to market changes, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.

  • Audience Engagement: Maintain active interaction with followers, promptly responding to feedback and inquiries to build a strong online community.

Job Qualifications:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media operations, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X), including their operation rules and best practices.

  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Language Proficiency: Native Bahasa speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills, capable of effective communication within a team setting.

  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the smartphone technology industry, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our products.

  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in image and video editing is highly desirable.
