As the TikTok Video Creator, you will spearhead the development and execution of creative content for our TikTok channel, tailored to resonate with the local audience. You will oversee all aspects of content creation, from concept development and scriptwriting to video production and editing. Leveraging your industry connections and understanding of local culture, you will drive campaigns that inspire and engage our audience, while staying aligned with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative development and production of TikTok content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and goals.

• Write scripts and conceptualize ideas that are innovative, visually engaging, and trend-focused.

• Manage video editing and post-production, ensuring all content is optimized for the TikTok platform and resonates with the target audience.

• Stay updated on local trends and cultural nuances to ensure content is regionally relevant and impactful.

• Collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders to craft authentic, engaging promotional campaigns.

• Leverage your industry network to coordinate all aspects of production, including casting, locations, props, and production teams.

• Analyze performance metrics and user engagement to continuously refine content strategies for maximum impact.

Job Qualifications:

• Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk

• Proven experience in content creation/production role, with a strong portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns.

• Expertise in video production, including proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Strong scriptwriting skills, with a knack for creating engaging content on demand.

• Well-established connections within the industry (e.g., actors, production crews, influencers) to streamline the production process.

• In-depth knowledge of local culture and trends, with an ability to create content that is locally relevant and globally appealing.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive successful campaigns.

• Experience working with international or prominent local brands in the digital marketing or content creation space.
