We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative to empower and support our global network of agents and customer service teams. This role will play a key part in maintaining the high technical service standards our customers expect.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive training and empowerment for technical support agents and customer service representatives in line with headquarters’ policies and guidelines.
Assist in the successful implementation and localization of technical documents and support procedures provided by the headquarters.
Evaluate the technical proficiency of agency teams using standardized assessments. Identify challenges, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvements to elevate the overall service quality of local branches.
Collaborate with various business departments to effectively address product-related technical issues. Ensure prompt response to consumer inquiries and deliver timely, effective solutions.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electronics or a related field. Equivalent experience (3+ years) in the electronic product industry will also be considered.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field, particularly within the consumer electronics industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English or Chinese as a working language; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
