We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Duty and Front Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our properties and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning Staff Management:
Ensure all properties are maintained in optimal condition through effective coordination of routine maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping schedules.
Train and manage housekeeping and maintenance teams, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
Develop and implement service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and boost online reviews.
2. Stock Management:
Oversee inventory levels for housekeeping and maintenance supplies.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing and efficient stock management to support operational needs.
3. Vendor Relations:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts to secure the best value while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Front Office Management:
Oversee operations related to channels, listings, and revenue for 12 lofts.
Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
Prepare regular reports for the management team on operational performance and financial status.
5. Reception Duties:
Handle check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
Process payments (cash and card) and issue receipts.
Conduct cleanliness checks to uphold property standards.
Job Requirements:
Willing to work at Canggu, Bali.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or property management, preferably within an international hotel chain (e.g., Marriott, Four Seasons).
Proven experience managing teams; villa management experience is a plus.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proficient in property management software.
Competent user of Excel and Word.
Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.
