We are looking for a dynamic and motivated City Manager Trainee to support and manage the daily operations of offline channels and teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of daily operations for offline channels, ensuring seamless execution of activities and processes.

Team Development:

  • Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring offline teams to enhance sales techniques and customer service standards.

  • Facilitate sales meetings and training sessions to discuss market trends, share insights, and enhance team performance.

  • Monitor competitor activities, assess market impact, and suggest strategic adjustments when necessary.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Participate in initiatives to build and maintain strong customer relationships, aiming to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate in designing and implementing promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.

  • Assess the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze data, and propose improvements.

  • Collect and organize sales data to generate analytical reports that aid in decision-making processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the telecom or digital retail industry, particularly in roles involving channel management or customer service such as mobile phone company, electronics company, and so on.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently, following established Customer Service SOPs.

  • Quick learner who adapts well to a fast-paced work environment.
