As part of its expansion into Sri Lanka, SkyRoute is looking for experienced ticketing professionals to join the team.

Position: Executive - Ticketing

📍 Location: Sri Lanka 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage travel bookings (flights, trains, and other transport).
• Issue, reissue, and modify tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus & Sabre).
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes as per airline policies.
• Provide fare calculations and offer clients the best available ticketing options.
• Assist customers with ticket-related queries, changes, and booking issues.
• Stay updated on airline policies, baggage rules, and travel restrictions.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and internal teams for seamless ticketing operations.

Key Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing and outbound travel.

✔️ Proficiency in at least 2 GDS systems (Amadeus & Sabre).

✔️ Strong knowledge of ticket issuing, reissuing, cancellations, and refunds.

✔️ Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).

✔️ Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
