Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow Order Management (OM) and Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) modules.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions for order lifecycle management, service orchestration, and product catalogue design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
• Integrate OM and EPC with other ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, and external platforms like CRM, ERP and OSS / BSS systems
• Design and manage the Enterprise Product Cataloguc including product structures, bundling, versioning, and lifecycle management
• Define relationships between products, services, and resources to streamline product-to-service delivery.
• Ensure cffcctive catalogue governance, maintaining data integrity and consistency across systems
• Architect end-to-end order management workflows, covering order capiurc, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfilment
• Implement automation for service provisioning, order tracking, and exception handling
• Map customer-facing products to back-end technical services and resources
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to 'best practices and architectural standards
• Collaborate with process owners., business analysts, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Act as the technical SME for Servicenow 0M and EPC, supporting pre-sales activitics and solution demonstrations if required.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools
• Document architectural decisions, integration patterns, and echnical configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Ensure compliance with Organizational standards, regulatory guidelines and data security policies
• Identify opportunitics for process optimization and automation in order management and product catalogue workflows
Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecturc and development, with a focus on OM and EPC modules.
• Overall IT development experience of 12+ years
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalogue, CMDB, and Flow Designer
• Proven experience in implementing solutions in the telecommunications or enterprise IT domains
• Deep understanding of order management processes, service modelling, and service orchestration workflows
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (e.g. SAML, 0Auth, OpenID Coect).
• Expertise in configuring and managing ServiceNow Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC), including product hierarchy, bundling, and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in developing workflows and automations within Order Management (OM)
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and integration development using REST / SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, table relationships and system design principles.
Certifications (Preferred):
• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist- OM, EPC, CSA, or CAD
• Familiarity with TM Forum standards like eTOM and SID frameworks.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) - IT / CS / E&CE / MCA
