Job Description – Inbound Travel Executive

📍 Location: Sri Lanka

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🌍 Department: Inbound & Tour Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage travel itineraries for inbound tourists.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and local attractions.
• Assist customers in customizing travel packages based on their needs.
• Handle reservations, booking confirmations, and modifications.
• Ensure smooth execution of tour packages, group travel, and corporate travel bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with tourism partners and suppliers.
• Provide customer support to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in inbound travel, itinerary planning, or tour operations.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourism industry, destinations, and travel packages.

✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

✔️ Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills.

✔️ Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure.

✔️ Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
