Job Description – Inbound Tour Manager

📍 Location: Sri Lanka

🌍 Department: Inbound & Tour Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee destination management and develop tour packages for inbound travelers.
• Lead and manage the tour operations team, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers, and local attractions.
• Monitor supplier contracts, pricing, and negotiations to ensure competitive travel packages.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing and resolving travel-related issues.
• Handle budgeting and financial planning for tour operations.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, market demand, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages.

Key Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in destination management and inbound travel operations.

✔️ Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a tour operations role.

✔️ Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills.

✔️ Experience in handling corporate, group, and individual tour packages.

✔️ Proficiency in reservation systems and budget management.

✔️ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

✔️ Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
