We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior B2B Industrial Sales Officer to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling industrial chemical products to key sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, shipping, and other industrial companies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, specifically targeting B2B customers in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, and shipping. Identify and pursue new opportunities in key industrial areas like Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, and beyond.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target companies. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their operational requirements.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as defined by the company. Take ownership of revenue goals, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Stay updated on competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes that meet both company and client objectives. Close Purchase Orders (POs) effectively while managing contract terms and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Customer Service & Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing outstanding service and support throughout the sales process. Proactively follow up with customers post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and foster repeat business.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all chemical products, their applications, and their competitive advantages. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of the offerings.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and technical support to ensure seamless execution of client projects, from proposal to delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (related fields such as business, engineering, or industrial sciences preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success in B2B sales, particularly in industrial sectors. Experience in selling chemical products or working in industrial sales is highly preferred.

  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and closing deals.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and present confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Market Insight: Strong knowledge of the industrial market, particularly in the chemical products segment. Ability to identify market opportunities and trends that can be converted into sales.

  • Customer-Centric: Highly customer-focused with an ability to listen to client needs and offer tailored solutions. Skilled in relationship-building and managing long-term business partnerships.

  • Initiative & Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with online market research tools is a plus.

  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A and SIM C), and be willing to travel regularly within designated regions.
