Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. Your creativity, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  2. Create and curate engaging and shareable content that aligns with the brand's tone, objectives, and target audience.

  3. Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.

  4. Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to maximize brand impact.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and PR, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  6. Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  7. Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to expand reach and build brand affinity.

  8. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  9. Stay informed about legal and ethical guidelines related to social media marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.

  10. Foster strong relationships with customers and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.

  2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  3. Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure and report on campaign performance.

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  6. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.

  7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

  9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

  10. Familiarity with social media management tools, content creation software, and graphic design tools is desirable.
