Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio that reflects creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets including logos, banners, illustrations, infographics, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and key stakeholders to understand project goals, briefs, and brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative and engaging designs that effectively communicate brand messages and align with brand identity.
• Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs, platforms, and mediums.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve creative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions within agreed timelines.
• Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of files.
• Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs across digital platforms.
• Provide occasional guidance and support to junior designers, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Awareness of current design trends and best practices across digital and print media.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design is an added advantage.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
