We're a Melbourne-based design studio with a remote team in Sri Lanka. We build brands, apps, and websites for B2B startups that want to look sharp and move fast.

We're also part of ShoreTree Holdings, a Singapore-based group that owns brands like HealthRecon Connect, Kerner Norland, Accario, and WME Group.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own branding projects end to end, from discovery and positioning through to concept, identity system, and rollout.
• Design logos and full identity systems: marks, type, colour, iconography, and the rules that hold it all together.
• Build brand guideline documents that a client's team can actually follow after you hand them over.
• Design original, thoughtful work for clients across the world.
• Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to turn brand ideas into visuals that actually stand out.
• Work on everything from logos and websites to brochures, pitch decks, business cards, signage, packaging, and social media posts.
• Take print work through to production, so bleeds, colour modes, and print-ready files are second nature.
• Take feedback like a pro and turn it into better work, not frustration.
• Keep brands consistent and clean across every touchpoint.
• Bring a sharp eye for detail to every pixel, every layout, every line.
• Work independently and manage your own time. We trust grown-ups to do grown-up work.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in creative design with serious branding chops.
• Proven experience running a branding project on your own, not just executing one someone else scoped.
• A logo and identity portfolio you're proud to walk us through, including the thinking behind it.
• Strong layout and typography skills for print: brochures, decks, and collateral, not just screens.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma is a plus.
• A portfolio that shows clean, confident, and minimal design work.
• The ability to work within brand guidelines while still keeping things fresh.
• A strong eye for detail, the kind that notices a pixel out of place.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work remotely without supervision.
• Someone who communicates clearly and plays well with others.
