General Virtual Assistant for a Cleaning Business

I am looking for an associate for a US cleaning business to handle inbound sales calls, cleaner scheduling, invoicing, hiring, and general administrative tasks. You will closely work with the owner and you'll be the key person for the success of the business.

To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and 100% own the business. You should have no room for laziness in this role. You must have an exceptional command in the English language preferably with no "Filipino" accent.

Requirements

~ At least 2 years experience in handling sales calls

~ At least 2 years experience in handling customer service calls

~ At least 2 years experience in working from home

~ Bonus if you have experience in the cleaning business industry

You will be working from 8 AM - 5 PM Central time with an hour lunch in between.
