Salary:

Fixed salary: 50,000 LKR - 60,000 LKR monthly based on your experiences

Commission-based bonuses: 0 - 200,000 LKR monthly

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prospect research and identify potential leads.
• Execute a minimum of 40 daily cold calls to engage with merchants.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective merchants.
• Finalize deals for Feelo.lk with merchants through negotiation and onboarding.
• Train partners on the Feelo.lk platform and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass KPIs.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and document interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Sales management expertise.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in exceeding sales KPIs through effective strategies.
• Ability to train partners on our platform and sales techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and partner relationships.
• Preferred experience in the hospitality or service industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field is a plus.
